The lady I talked to named Chloe told me that they do not refund products, they give you credit or you exchange it.To exchange the ring I chose I would need to have my receipt and exchange it within a period of 2 weeks, I also would have not been allowed to wear it during the time I had it.

You cannot buy any Pandora products online, you have to go into the store and get it, There are also no postage fees.
